한마디고 견고한 CDP다.
뚜렷한 블랙베리 향이 주는 무채색의 느낌이 이 와인의 첫 인상이다.
물론 블루베리, 산딸기, 자두, 향신료 향도 있지만 달콤한 행복감과는 거리가 멀다.
오히려 야생동물, 붉은 고기 향 때문에 날카로운 느낌이 있고, 칼칼하고 씹히는 맛이 있다.
마치 머리를 잔뜩 뒤로 빼고 나를 노려보는 코브라같지만 바로 이것이 이 와인의 매력다.
모범적인 CDP 의 모습 대신, 마치 산지오베제로 만든 듯한 느낌을 주는 이 와인, 개성의 덩어리다.
처절하게 엄격히 관리된 Grenache가 아니라면 이런 모습을 보여주기는 불가능하지 않을까.
쉽게 접근 하기는 어렵지만, 한 번 빠지면 아마 헤어나오기 힘들 지도 모른다.
10년 후 이 와인이 어떤 모습을 보여줄 지, 대단히 궁금하다.

It is a solid CDP in a word.
Distinctive blackberry flavor is the first
impression of this wine.
Of course, I can feel blueberries,
raspberries, plums, spices, but sweetness of happiness is not in this wine.
Rather, it has a sharp feeling of wild
animals, red meat flavor, and it has a crunchy taste.
It's like a cobra that pulls his head back
and glares at me, but that is the charm of this wine.
Instead of the exemplary CDP, this wine is
a very unique.
It gives the taste of even Sangiovese.
Unless Grenache is so strictly grown, it
would be impossible to show it.
It's hard to get close, but you are
charmed, it's probably hard to get out from it.
Very curious what this wine will taste like
10 years from now.
